In order to submit an application, please provide the following:
- All applications fees and deposits are only payable by money order
- Application Fee(s): $30 per adult (non-refundable)

- 4-Bedroom $600.00
** deposits can be equivalent to a full month of rent depending on the screening results.
- Valid state-issued photo ID and Social Security card (not laminated) for each adult
- Birth Certificate and Social Security card (not laminated) for each child
- Proof of income dated within 60 days
* If applicable, the applicant must provide 1 year of employment history.- 8 paystubs
